Accommodation
Rooms have been reserved at the Conference Park and the Mason Hall undergraduate accommodation. Rooms prices are £56.00 and £25.00 respectively and are on a bed/breakfast basis. Accommodation allocation will be on a first come first served basis. Please be informed that accommodation cannot be guaranteed for registrations after the 22nd of March 2004.
Conference Park accommodation
To check-in to the Conference Park rooms, you will need to report to reception at Lucas House regardless of the house you have been booked into. Details of how to get to the Conference Park can be found here, and the map of the locale is reproduced below.
Refer to this map for a better idea of the location of the conference park relative to the rest of campus where Lucas House is labelled as building 67.
Mason Hall accommodation
To get the keys for your Mason Hall accomodation you must go to the Mason Hall reception which is building 74 on this map. Mason Hall is around ten minutes walk along Edgbaston Park Road from the School of Physics and Astronomy.
Park arrangements
Parking is free at both the Conference Park and Mason House.

The conference fees are as follows:

£160.00 non-members
£20.00 students

£25.00 pounds standard student room

Payment of conference fees and accommodation may be made by bank transfer or cheque only. We apologise that there will not be any facility for credit card payments.
