Getting to your Accommodation

Conference Park accommodation

Details of how to get to the Conference Park can be found here.
The approach map for the Conference Park can be downloaded from here (PDF format).
To check-in to the Conference Park rooms, you will need to report to reception at Lucas House (building 67 on this map) regardless of the house you have been booked into.

Mason Hall accommodation

Mason Hall reception is building 74 on this map. Mason Hall is around ten minutes walk along Edgbaston Park Road from the School of Physics and Astronomy.

Parking arrangements

Car parking is free at both the Conference Park and Mason House.



Getting to the Conference Reception

The conference reception will be held on Monday 5th April 2004 (6:15pm - 8:00pm) at the Barber Institute of Fine Arts (building 41 on the map) located a few hundred yards from the School of Physics and Astronomy in the direction of the Conference Park.



Getting to the Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will be held at The Centennial Centre. Transport to and from the conference dinner starting from both Mason Hall and the Conference Park will be provided.
However, for those who wish to make their way there themselves, please refer to this map. The journey to The Centennial Centre from Mason Hall and the Conference Park is approximately 15 minutes by car.
