As folders get larger (i.e. number of rows increase), it may be necessary to reduce the number of visible rows to only those of particular interest. Filters make this possible.
Using filters
Introducing the Filter Builder
The Filter Builder panel (select Filter from the toolbar or from the Folder menu bar) is designed to allow the creation of multiple custom filters that can be applied to a folder. When enabled, the Filter Builder is docked just below the toolbar.
Filter Builder in action
This screenshot shows the result of 2 filter entries being applied to a folder. The first filter entry filters all rows where the ExpectedPedestal is greater than 0 while the next filter entry ensures that PprPedestalRunResults is also false. Notice that a filtered folder has rows with a light blue background. Click on the Disable button (top right corner of Filter Builder panel) to return the folder to its pre-filtered state.
