Date: Wednesday 22nd November 2000

Title: Towards a theory of neutrino mass

Speaker: Dr. Steve King (Southampton)

Abstract
After a lengthy review of the current experimental situation regarding atmospheric and solar neutrinos, I discuss some elements of a possible future theory of neutrino masses and mixing angles based on the see-saw mechanism and supersymmetry, including the idea of "single right-handed neutrino dominance".

Particle Physics Seminars take place in room B03, Physics West, on Wednesdays at 1315, unless listed otherwise. Tea, coffee and biscuits are served at 1300.
