Title: Hadron Physics from Lattice QCD

Abstract
I will describe recent progress in lattice QCD that has allowed an accurate calculation of the hadron spectrum for the first time and the prediction of the mass of the B_c meson. I will give the current status of calculations of decay constants and form factors of B and D mesons and the prospects for improving these in the near future.
