The LHCb experiment at the CERN LHC has recently made a number of measurements in the decays of b-hadrons that deviate from their Standard Model predictions. Each anomaly may not be overly compelling on its own, but seen together they start to indicate that there may be contributions from process that have yet to be understood. In addition, LHCb results in the the beauty and charm systems continue to support the predictions of CP violation from the CKM mechanism. I will outline the existing anomalies in this area and show how LHCb results have now ruled them out. Finally, I will give an overview of the LHCb programme for Run-2 of the LHC.
