Dear Nige.

I would like the meeting to review the Gantt chart for WP1 and
WP5. The
object should be that by the end of the meeting we have final versions
for the OsC documentation. I will send the latest versions to Paul now
so that they are available well before the meeting.

In principle we should aim to not change the list of tasks once we
have
sent them to the OsC but to use them from now on as a management tool
for us to monitor how we are doing. Thus if anyone wants to add delete
or modify tasks, or change timelines please be ready to say on
Thursday.
