Online registration

The registration is now open. It is advised to log into the CERN indico system (if you have an account) before completing the online registration form.

Conference fee

The registration fee will be £280 for participants who register no later than 29 July 2016 (UK time). Thereafter the fee will be £320. Registration fees are not refundable. The registration fee covers the conference costs. Tickets for accompanying persons for the conference dinner and the excursion are available, and should be requested via the online registration.

Visas

Please note that the requirements to enter the United Kingdom on academic business are becoming more stringent. If you require a visa, you should register now and apply by 1st June 2016 at latest, to ensure the visa application is processed before the conference starts.
